BankOnArt Gallery presents Between Seeing and Hearing, an evening of poetry and sound featuring poets Gerburg Garmann and Arthur Feinsod, with soundscapes by Kevin Naylor.

The evening brings together poetry, voice, breath, birds, wind, memory, and sound in a program that moves between the intimate and the expansive. Across four sections — A Window for Poetry, Wind, Air, Breath, and Birds, Ravens, and Being — the poets explore the ways we see, hear, remember, and make meaning.

Poetry and sound will intertwine throughout the evening, with Kevin Naylor’s original soundscapes creating a sonic dimension to the spoken works.

The program concludes with a discussion and Q&A with the poets.

The evening takes place during See Me, See You, BankOnArt Gallery’s fall exhibition featuring the work of Loren Snyk, including collaborative works with audiovisual artist Ron Goldstein.
